Melina Kanakaredes Melina Kanakaredes, an American actress, is well-known for her portrayals of Doctor. Sydney Hansen in the NBC drama Providence as well as Dr. Lane Hunter in The Resident. Her first major role in the series in the role of Eleni andros Cooper on the CBS soap drama Guiding Light was also praised. Some of her notable films include 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted into a film with Vlas Parlapanides (the team who invented the Immortals) is said to be in development. She's also filming a new show called Gods & Heroes.

My son played in a playpen while I worked 12-hour days in sanding floors and removing wallpaper. Ha! All was beginning to fall into place, but there was still a long way to go. It would take a great deal of effort as well as a passion of shopping. In order to keep my budget intact, I went with three of my boys to look for bargains in estate sales. Our weekly routine that included spending Friday through Saturday at estate and garage sales, shopping for new and used objects. I then spent the remainder of the week sanding and painting the driveway. My first impression was like... this is when my passion to restore furniture began.
